These Terms govern your use of the Drishti India ordering platform, operated by Drishti India (GSTIN 07AAVFD7748P1ZA). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Orders

• Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by the store.
• Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are applied based on distance (see Shipping & Delivery Policy).
• Orders beyond our 8 km service radius are waitlisted for manual approval and a custom delivery charge.

Delivery windows

We deliver between 08:00 and 20:00 IST in 30-minute slots. Orders placed after closing are scheduled for next-day delivery by 10:00 IST.

Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Online payment options will be offered via our payment gateway; you agree to their terms when using them.

Pricing & errors

We strive for accuracy but may correct errors in pricing or availability. If a correction affects your order, we will inform you before fulfilment.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having jurisdiction.
