Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how an order placed with Drishti India, operated by Drishti India, can be cancelled.

Customer cancellations

• You can cancel an order free of charge while it is still in the Placed stage (before we begin packing).
• Once the order is in Packing or later, cancellation may not be possible as fresh/perishable items may already be prepared.
• To cancel, contact us at support@drishtindia.store / +91 87964 43324 with your order number.

Store cancellations

We may cancel an order if items are unavailable, the delivery address is outside a serviceable area, or due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

Waitlisted (out-of-range) orders

Orders beyond our 8 km service radius are waitlisted. If you do not approve the revised delivery charge we propose, the order is cancelled at no cost.
