• For B2B accounts: business name, GSTIN, PAN, and uploaded documents.
• Payment status (payments are processed by our gateway; we do not store full card details).

How we use it

• To process, deliver, and invoice your orders.
• To send transactional updates (order status) via email/WhatsApp.
• To send marketing only if you have opted in (you may opt out anytime).
• To comply with tax and accounting obligations.

Consent

We record your consent to these terms at signup. You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing (e.g. marketing) at any time from your account.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the service — payment gateway, delivery, email/WhatsApp, and hosting — under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

Retention
