Delivery area & charges

Delivery charges are applied automatically based on distance from the fulfilling store:

• Up to 1 km — ₹10
• Up to 3 km — ₹20
• Above 3 km and up to 8 km — ₹40
• Above 8 km — not auto-accepted; your order is waitlistedfor our team to review and confirm a custom delivery charge before fulfilment.

Delivery times

• We deliver between 08:00 and 20:00 IST in 30-minute slots.
• Orders placed after closing are delivered the next day, by 10:00 IST.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather, traffic, or demand.

Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected slot. For Cash on Delivery, keep the payable amount ready.
